Rules of the catalogue

1. Obligatory condition of accommodation of a site in the catalogue is installation on a registered resource of the link specified at registration of a site.
   
   
2. The reciprocal reference should stand on page 20 link having no more to extraneous resources. The reciprocal link should not in "dumps" of link.
   
   
3. The reciprocal reference should be established only on a resource registered in the catalogue.
   
   
4. To accommodation in the catalogue resources which contain propagation of violence, racial hatred, a pornography, illegal earnings are not accepted.
   
   
5. The resource can be registered in the catalogue only once. Registration of the same resource or its mirrors in one or different sections of the catalogue is not supposed.
   
   
6. The site remains in the catalogue only provided that the reciprocal reference to the resource specified at registration is established in a constant kind. As exception addition in opening тег link of attributes class or style for the task of the reference of appearance in style of a registered site is supposed.
   
   
7. After registration of a site in the catalogue change of the specified parameters of a site, somehow, the description, the name, URL and so forth is impossible.
   
   
8. The site remains in the catalogue only provided that the reciprocal reference to the resource specified at registration is established on the page which has been not forbidden for indexation by search systems (a file robots.txt or META-tag).
   
   
9. Each reference is checked manually and automatically time in 2 weeks and at detection of infringements of rules of the catalogue, the site can be excluded within 3 day.
